9K a year Ice House America, LLC (IHA) has created the position of Training Lead to oversee all aspects of our new business program, Penguin University.
This program's main objective is to provide a structured training curriculum for IHA's product offering.
IHA is the industry leader in leveraging superior technology to offer affordable fresh ice and water globally in the kindest way to our planet.
Penguin University will be deployed for new IHA associates and new owner/operators in our Automated Retail/Ice and Water Vending business vertical.
This role will report directly to the Vice President - Automated Retail.

Responsibilities:
Support and manage all activities related to curriculum management and course implementation for Penguin University.
Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.
g.
simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes) Develop and maintain course materials.
Conduct on-site training at Moultrie, GA facility for new IHA associates and owner/operators.
Market available training to owner/operators and provide necessary information about sessions.
Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques.
Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPI's
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience as a trainer.
Strong ability to develop training materials/work instructions.
Experience in organizational development/team building Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently Job Type:
