Job Description In order to clean and sanitize our commercial facility, our organization is looking for an office cleaner.
The ideal applicant is proficient in mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and other janitorial tasks and has relevant professional cleaning experience.
To adopt a high standard of cleanliness for our office, we are seeking a motivated and highly reliable candidate.
Being able to cooperate with people, adhere to directions from your superior, and maintain focus are essential skills.
Duties and Responsibilities Clean offices, common areas, hallways, and bathrooms Sweep and mop floors as needed Vacuum carpeted areas Dust and polish various surfaces Restock the supplies in the bathrooms Empty garbage cans Keep track of cleaning schedule Skills and Qualifications Experience with cleaning (highly preferred) A high standard for cleanliness Ability to pay attention to detail and follow instructions Excellent time-management and organization skills Physical stamina Ability to listen to concerns of company staff and handle appropriately.
