50 an hour Purpose:
Assist Finance Department with daily work specific to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as well as month-end tasks supporting operational financial reporting and reconciliation.
Administrative and office support activities for the Ice House America facility in Moultrie, GA will also be required.
Duties:
Process Accounts Payable vouchers for payment per agreed terms.
Administer Accounts Receivable remittances from customers.
Support accounting related requirements from operations.
Post month-end journal entries.
Execute general ledger account reconciliations.
Provide facility administration support as required.
Skills/
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Strong attention to detail, high organization skills Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Able to demonstrate basic understanding of accounting and finance principles Ability to interact with multiple levels of management Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel Experience with integrated ERP/Accounting systems is a big plus.
