We're looking for experienced, dedicated Subcontractors with their team of Cabinet Installers/Remodelers.
The ideal candidate must have experience in all aspects of Remodeling and installation.
You will play a meaningful role in bringing our client's visions to life through precision and detail.
Requirements/
Experience:
Three years of project management/leadership experience Ensures the team has experience installing/remodeling cabinetry.
Ability to comprehend blueprints and building plans to determine project necessities.
Estimates/Analyzes cost and completion time for projects.
Coordinate/Execute work activities to ensure job accuracy.
Ensures all materials and other necessary items are available for assigned projects.
Ensures workers adhere to safety protocols/guidelines to ensure a secure working environment for all team members.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of job sites.
Ability to communicate & collaborate with team members to refine and improve operations by sharing observations, insights, and progress.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Skills:
Managerial/Leadership experience Knowledge of equipment, practices, and procedures of the trade Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to interpret blueprints Strong Problem-solving skills Ability to adapt to change and unexpected challenges Strong attention to detail Commitment to delivering high-quality work Ability to manage time effectively Ability to meet project deadlines Highly self-motivated, organized, and dependable Commitment to achieving project goals Maintain a focus on delivering a great customer experience Job Type:
