We are seeking experienced Managers with a strong restaurant background.
Candidates must be energetic and enthusiastic with a "Hands-On" management approach.
Outstanding people oriented leadership skills are a must! Candidates must demonstrate an ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and the ability to get RESULTS!

Supervises and manages day to day operations of one Arby's Restaurant
Recruits, interviews, and trains hourly Team Members
P & L controls for food cost, food safety, labor, cash control, and overall profitability
Ensures that Arby's QF3 is attained: Quality Food served Fast and Friendly
Conducts performance appraisals and takes responsibility for developing Team Members and Shift Managers
Ensures the delivery of excellent customer service and establishes relationships with our guest.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
