We are seeking experienced Managers with a strong restaurant background. Candidates must be energetic and enthusiastic with a Hands-On management approach. Outstanding people oriented leadership skills are a must! Candidates must demonstrate an ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and the ability to get RESULTS!

Supervises and manages day to day operations of one Arby's Restaurant
Recruits, interviews, and trains hourly Team Members
P & L controls for food cost, food safety, labor, cash control, and overall profitability
Ensures that Arby's QF3 is attained: Quality Food served Fast and Friendly
Conducts performance appraisals and takes responsibility for developing Team Members and Shift Managers
Ensures the delivery of excellent customer service and establishes relationships with our guest. Lives by the philosophy that the guest is our #1 priority!!
